NextStep Raleigh’s Activity-Based Interventions and recovery programs are among the most aggressive in the area. We offer a more innovative, goal oriented, and recovery-driven program through the use of the most up-to-date, evidence based interventions.  Guided by current research and training through the NeuroRecovery Network; our programs are customized for each individual based on current function, goals, and availability.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

  • All membership services are pre-billed at the beginning of each month.

  • Must commit to a minimum of 2 consecutive months to be considered a membership.

Guided Exercise (GE) Memberships | 60, 90 or 120 Min/Sessions | Monthly Memberships Continuous for Two (2) Months
Guided Exercise 1 | 1x a week: 60 min - $500, 90 min - $745, 120 min - $1,000
Guided Exercise 2 | 2x a week: 60 min - $1,000, 90 min - $1,365, 120 min - $1,650
Guided Exercise 3 | 3x a week: 60 min - $1,365, 90 min - $1,850, 120 min - $2,210
Guided Exercise 4 | 4x a week: 60 min - $1,650, 90 min - $2,210

Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) | Each Session 90 mins | Monthly Memberships continuous for Two (2) Months
NMES 1 | 1 Session/Week $910/Month
NMES 2 | 2 Sessions/Week $1,636/ Month

ARC_EX 8-week Program | Each Session 60 mins

One (1) 60 min Guided Exercise (GE): $125/session 

One (1) 90 min NMES : $165/session 

One (1) Dry Needling Session with Dr. Watkins: $50.00 

o   With the addition of Electrical Stim $65.00  

One (1) Cupping Session with Dr. Watkins $40
